Jen Gile
Jen just started her 26th year in the mortgage business. She is passionate about educating buyers on different loan products and strategies that best suit their long-term goals. She absolutely loves teaching people how to create wealth through real estate. She also has a hands-on approach as an advisor and helps many of our clients with credit repair, creating a household budget, mortgage pay-down strategies, and more. It is so important to her to maintain a long-term relationship with our clients so we can ensure they are meeting their financial goals, as well as following their successes in life and family growth. When she is not working, she is most likely in a gym, or on a field watching her 2 boys Hunter (14) and Logan (12) play all the sports. She loves to travel, is a foodie, and truly enjoys spending time with her husband Luke, friends & family.

Chris Owen
Chris is our Pre-Underwriter and a Wiz at running approvals, solving problems, and helping our agents and buyers have the most stress free and fun mortgage process possible. With 9 years of Mortgage Experience his knowledge of guidelines, and client care skills make him an incredibly important part of our team. He manages the process from pre-approval to Contract and is always available for a call, text, or email.

When he is not working he loves spending time with his beautiful wife Brooke, golfing, hanging on the beach in Florida (his favorite place), or watching his KC sports teams play. You will not meet a more easy going, fun loving, team player guy and we are so lucky to have him on our team!

Client Care Manager
Madee Koontz
Madee is our Client Care Manager and Loan Officer Assistant. She handles many things for our clients and agent partners from the first phone call, to after the closing to ensure that we have the highest level of communication and care possible. She has an incredibly positive attitude, is a phenomenal team player, and also has a sweet heart.
When not at work she loves spending time with her husband Ridge, and their two adorable boys. She finds joy in the kitchen, preparing homemade meals for her family, as well as cozying up on the couch to watch movies together. She can also be spotted outdoors playing with the family's two Labrador retrievers and tending to their 15 chickens. (She's a crazy chicken lady!) Embracing life's simple pleasures, Madee maintains a positive outlook. Her guiding mottos is "Life is short. Be Silly. Have fun."​​
