Renovation Loans
Fairway offers an in-house renovation department that follows the borrower to the completion of the project. This is a HUGE benefit to other companies who drop out after closing. The renovation loan program allows buyers to finance the cost of the house AND the renovation with as little as 5% down. It applies to both "necessary" repairs as well as "wants" such as pools and additions!
Jumbo Loans
Jumbo loan products are available with loan amounts up to $3,000,000. These are applicable for single-family residences, condos, and mult-unit properties. Jumbo products are available to first-time homebuyers as well!
American Frontline Rewards
